  We were so lucky to have a visit from Beth Tweddle - gymnastics legend! She talked to us about her fantastic achievements.
  3 times World Champion​
  6 times European Champion​
  7 times British Champion​
  Olympic Bronze Medallist, 2012​
  Dancing on Ice Champion, 2013
  She reminded us about the benefits of exercising and a healthy diet. Beth told us that she needed bravery, resilience, teamwork, friendship and respect to achieve her dreams - we thought these were very similar to our own Busy Bee values.
