Welcome to Dalestorth Primary and Nursery School.
We are extremely proud of our school and what we have to offer, which is why it is such a shame that we aren't currently able to offer you the chance to take a look around our wonderful school in person.
However, please do have a look at the information below and take the time to explore the rest our website. We hope that this will give you some insight into the life of our school.
If you have any questions, please do contact us by ringing the school office on 01623 459339 or emailing us at office@dalestorth.notts.sch.uk and we'll be more than happy to help.

Every year, we all come together and sing Christmas songs in the hall. Unfortunately, this year we weren't able to do our conventional Christmas concert, but we did come together (socially distanced) to perform our favourite Christmas song: This Christmas Time. The children sang beautifully and it has brought a little joy to our school.
We hope you enjoy watching us sing.
We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

That's right! Santa came to school on a Tuk Tuk! We were treated to a visit from Santa. He spoke to the children and displayed his excellent driving skills on our school playground.
We gave Santa our donations from the smarties tubes which were full of money. The donations will go to the Rosie May Foundation. The foundation vision is to create a world in which every child grows up in a safe, nurturing family and has a positive future.

We have been extremely lucky to have received a grant from the ASDA foundatation (Sutton-in-Ashfield). The money will be used to support the children with the problems associated with COVID 19.
Each class made a thank you card to ASDA Sutton-in-Ashfield and their community champion Hayley. The children's cards are now on display in ASDA and were featured on ASDA's instagram page.
