• A well deserved treat for the Year 2 children

  The year 2 children enjoyed a well deserved treat in Friday afternoon, after all of their hard work! 

  

• Friday at Walesby

  A lovely Friday day at Walesby with each group taking part in their final 2 activities. This was followed by lunch and a visit to the gift shop. We have all had a super week but are ready for a week off to recover! The children have been superbly behaved throughout the week and have represented Dalestorth brilliantly. Happy Half Term everyone!

  Another fantastic day at Walesby ... all four groups spent this morning at the lake taking part in canoeing, rafting, kayaking and body boarding down a giant slide! This afternoon was a mixture of team building, abseiling, quad biking, climbing, giant crate stacking and river crossing. After burgers, hot dogs and ice cream the children enjoyed the evening disco! A huge thank you to all the staff who came to visit us tonight too

  A fantastic second day at Walesby for Years 5 and 6. We took part in river crossing, archery, climbing, abseiling, leap of faith, wobble pole and quad biking! We had wraps for lunch and pasta bolognese for tea.

  What an excellent start to our Walesby residential! We have had a brilliant first day enjoying lots of fun activities including: wobble pole, leap of faith, team building, climbing, river crossing and camp fire this evening. The children have been superbly behaved so far and have shown great courage, perseverance and team work skills. We enjoyed chicken burgers and chips for tea followed by fruit and ice cream. We are looking forward to more super activities and sunny weather tomorrow. 

  

• Ducklings in FS2

  Something very exciting has been happening in Lions and Tigers.  6 beautiful ducklings have hatched! Sonic, Sunshine, Teddy, Beaky, Star and Sparkles (all named by these two classes) are being well fussed and cuddled and following everyone about in FS2!
