School Ambassadors

School Ambassadors are role models within our school who are keen to promote our school values (5 Busy Bees): Be Kind; Be Brave; Be You; Be Honest and Be a Friend. They have been selected because they really care about our school, and the children and adults within it. They are also keen to support the children in our school and be a role models to younger children.

Each ambassador has a different role and responsibility within school each half term. The roles encompass our school values and are extremely important. The roles are the following: taking visitors on tours of the school; helping foundation and Key Stage One children at lunch time; playing with KS1 children on the playground; introducing assemblies and supporting school council.

In order to become a School Ambassador, the Year 6 children went through a rigorous process (including a  letter of application and an interview). They all demonstrate our school values and are exceptional role models for the children within our school.

It is really an achievement to be chosen to to represent the school as an ambassador and we feel that this role helps children show their leadership qualities.
